![]() We are very picky not only on Maika squids from Hokkaido but also on rice. Stuffed with brand rice “Fukkurinko” and Yakumo town’s original “Kaze no ko mochi”, which only farmers who meet the strict standard are allowed to crop in Hakodate and its vicinity. Ikameshi are made using ingredients from Donan, Hokkaido only.
